Organizational Effectiveness Senior Consultant (Finance)
The Organizational Effectiveness Sr. Consultant works with the Director, Learning & Organizational Development to identify, develop and implement strategic organizational development and change management initiatives designed to maximize employee productivity, performance and engagement. The consultant will serve as a change management champion to build our enterprise-wide change management capability. Additional core responsibilities include partnering with leaders to increase the overall effectiveness of their teams by assessing current performance and facilitating debriefs to implement changes to meet organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Change Management: Acts as a coach and internal consultant across multiple projects for our internal project management organization, project sponsors and leaders as they guide their teams through transitions. Supports project teams in integrating change methodology into their project plans to maximize employee adoption and higher utilization and proficiency of their changes from project inception through post-adoption assessments.
Organizational Development: Develops strategic partnerships with Senior Leaders, HR business partners and internal clients to identify performance or development gaps. Curates programs based upon gap(s) to increase individual, team and/or organizational capabilities.
Measurement and Analytics: Works with HR and the business to deliver reliable data to the organization to assess the return on investment based upon program initiatives. Including utilization of Workday analytics.
Project Management: Utilizing multiple research and data collection methods along with alternate learning methods to present leaders with recommended solutions that fit the culture, strategic direction and resources of the organization. Operationalizes best-in-class practices to drive standardization, efficiencies, and reduction in costs.

Internal or external consulting experience
5 to 8 years' progressive responsibility in Organization Development and Change Management
Education, Certification, and Licenses
Bachelor's degree in OD, I/O Psychology, HR or related field required
Master's degree in OD, I/O, Business or related field preferred
Prosci or other Change Management certification, PMI is a plus
Preferred certifications- Lencioni Team Development, Korn Ferry Leadership suite, DiSC
