Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
The Senior Executive Compensation Specialist will have principal responsibility for the day-to-day oversight and operation of the Honeywell global stock incentive plan, as well as monitoring and reporting on all areas of equity award administration.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and administration of our employee and director equity programs and partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Accounting, Legal and HR teams. You will be responsible for the third-party relationships with stock plan service providers (currently Morgan Stanley and Ernst & Young) and will work closely with executive and business level compensation teams to ensure effective delivery of related stock plan services. You will also provide project support to other initiatives in the Executive Compensation function.
This role will also be supporting the Executive Compensation leader and Total Rewards leader on preparing the materials for compensation committee board meetings and the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) portion of the annual proxy statement.
