Maintenance Manager (Project Management)
Position Summary
Plans, directs, and coordinates scheduled and unscheduled work within the maintenance department. Ensures all tools, crafts, personnel, etc. is in place to accomplish this task.

Decision Making Authority
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Must observe and practice all safety regulations, up to and including wearing of the necessary personal protective equipment when necessary. Safety shoes are required for this position.
Preferred Skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Education and Job Experience Requirements
Prior experience working with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment. Prior management experience is required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and make effective decisions. Must be able to work overtime on short notice.
