Salesforce Project Lead (Information Technology)
The Salesforce Project Lead is responsible for the delivery and design of Salesforce solutions in the areas of Sales, Marketing and Customer solutions teams supporting all aspects of the commercial organization, this role is global, with support of the America's primarily and working globally in support of our affiliates.
This individual will leverage their expertise and experience as well as industry best practices to successfully
implement and support solutions to support commercial processes with focus on salesforce-based applications including OCE CRM, ServiceCloud, CloudCraze, Experience Cloud, etc. as well as integration points with other downstream applications like SAP.

This is a key position that is involved as a point person for all Salesforce projects and initiatives supporting our commercial business. They must fully understand the capabilities and functionality of Salesforce and be able to oversee and deliver all changes throughout the process from understanding requirements, relaying them to others, and watching for mistakes until all is live.
This role is similar to a Salesforce Techno Functional Lead or a Lead Salesforce Business Systems Analyst or a Senior Salesforce System Analyst. A hands on, experienced certified sales cloud consultant would do well in this role. This work is approximately 80% sales cloud, 10% service cloud, 10% marketing cloud. There will be integrations, single sign on, validation and testing with multiple systems including SAP.
This role engages directly with business leaders to understand their needs and turns them in to reality. They will translate business needs to technical requirements and handle long term management of global Salesforce initiatives.
