Product Applications Engineer (Architecture)

Location: Commerce, GA or Burr Ridge, IL (no relocation assistance will be provided)
Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, the Product Applications Engineer is responsible for applying their technical background to specify and optimize the best product solution for customers. In addition, this role will be responsible for answering technical support e-mails and phone calls from Hansen customers. Hansen Technologies is looking for someone with a technical background that wants to leverage their technical capabilities to grow their understanding and experience into a sales role. The Product Applications Engineer will use the applications engineering and technical support role to learn Hansen products and the industrial refrigeration industry, while growing their exposure to sales and training underneath our sales engineers, with an eventual upgrade opportunity to Sales Engineer position.
