Marketing and Property Management Coordinator (Marketing)



Let your creativity shine! The Property Management Marketing Coordinator will help support the Marketing and Training department in executing marketing programs for our corporate brand and across HMR's multi-family portfolio. The position is based at the corporate office in Quincy, MA and offers a hybrid-schedule option.

  • The position requires in-person interactions with co-workers and customers. For everyone's safety, vaccination against COVID-19 is required as a condition of employment. The company will make reasonable accommodations when appropriate.

Related Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies for our multi-family communities.
  • Provide support to the on-site Property Management teams with overcoming occupancy challenges.
  • Identify marketing and advertising strategies for achieving leasing objectives.
  • Assist with planning and oversight of advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Review and analyze occupancy reports to identify opportunities for improving leasing efforts and improve outcomes.
  • Monitor promotional materials and website content for properties and refresh them as necessary. Oversee the development or redevelopment of property logos, branding and marketing.
  • Coordinate photography, video, and 3D tours of properties.
  • Maintain content for our corporate website and social media platforms; create engaging content.
  • Participate in weekly marketing watch-list calls and monthly occupancy calls to offer oversight and assistance with leasing.
  • Coordinate training events including travel arrangements, preparation of materials, purchasing, etc.
  • Oversee and evaluate market surveys and studies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitor and track results of marketing programs and leasing activities. Conduct on-site visits as needed.
  • Monitor timely completion of Marketing plans and Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing plans
  • Assist with developing training aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
  • Assist with implementing and coordinating of company wellness events
  • Assist with property transitions including the onboarding of new properties.
  • Provide support with administrative duties such as preparing expense reports, billing for marketing materials as well as tracking of information.
  • Support VP of Marketing with new business requests including proposals, market surveys and proposed rents.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the property management field, specifically leasing, is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of brand development, managing social media campaign and creating engaging content.
