Cornman Farms Operations Supervisor (Project Management)
The event staff are responsible for delivery of the Cornman Farms experience to all Guests and the Cornman Farms Team and deliver first impressions to everyone who comes on property.
Our Supervisors (which we call Porter Coaches) are the driving force behind our team's success. With a focus on continuous improvement, visual management, and waste elimination, they lead by example and inspire greatness in every member of our crew.
This is a year round, part time position focusing on continually improving our systems and ensuring a consistent result in all heart of house work, including event set up, tear down and cleaning. You will work alongside our event porters to ensure they have the tools they need to do their jobs and make it easier for them to always do the right thing.
Reports to: Managing Partner(s)
Wage: $18.00 per hour
In addition to the hourly rate, Porter Coaches are eligible to participate in the Cornman Farms hourly tip pool, which averages an additional $5.00 per hour.
Days and Nights, Weekends, Part-Time, Flexible hours required
Opening shifts could start as early as 7am; closing shifts could go as late as midnight or 1am (typical shifts run between 9am-11pm).

Other duties
Dishwash using automatic dishwashing machine and three compartment sinkAssist with managing inventory of all rental items - including storage, distribution, and cleaningAssist in cleaning the property inside and out, including bathrooms and sweeping and mopping floorsMove rental items as neededFarming, gardening and light maintenanceAttend and participate in huddles (meetings) as required or needed
