Due Diligence Coordinator - Civil Engineering (Architecture)

General Summary:
The position of Due Diligence Coordinator coordinates the due diligence aspects of commercial/retail projects and manages geotechnical, environmental, traffic, civil and survey consultants.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role has no supervisory responsibility.

Conduct municipal research, site assessment investigations, jurisdictional wetland approvals and site planning
Prepare due diligence reports
Track projects from inception to construction
Develop and maintain project schedules
Manage projects within budget and/or contract terms
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership skills ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Thorough understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and approval process
Thorough understanding of building systems, zoning and site requirements (Structural, MEP, Civil and Geo-Tech)
Highly organized, detail-driven and conscientious
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Proficiency in MS Project is preferred
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Planning or related field
5 years of related experience
Should be on registration track
