Senior Business System Analyst (Finance)

Leads business analysis and modeling activities by interviewing process owners, users and other stakeholders to identify business processes; evaluate the current process and workflow for various business functions; document findings and recommend improvements.
Collaborates with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document information needs and functional requirements. Synthesize requirements in partnership with the solution architects to create clear solution design documents.
Documents process flows for required functionality.
Translates business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Provides status reports on requirement gathering engagements in order to manage backlog and scope.
Partner closely with QA engineers to ensure that acceptance criteria of user stories is being properly met and verified throughout the development process.
Assist with transformation of development and design activities from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
