Licensed Practical Nurse (Healthcare)

Hospice of Lenawee, a 5-STAR Medicare.gov rated hospice, is seeking a compassionate Michigan licensed LPN for a part-time day shift position in our 8-bed inpatient Hospice Home. The LPN will provide personalized, patient-centered care to individuals and their families under the direction of an RN, working one 12-hour shift per week. We are looking for someone with a genuine calling to support those in the last season of life (hospice experience preferred, but we are willing to train).

LPN - Hospice Home (Part-time, Day Shift) Schedule:

Part-time: 1 12-hour shift per week
Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Every 3rd weekend rotation and a holiday rotation.
