Nail Technician-Spa-Silver Legacy-Full Time-Variable Shift (Reno) (Finance)

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities). Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with colleagues efficiently and effectively. Must be detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Highly responsible and reliable. Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High school education or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience as a licensed Salon Technician/Cosmetologist required.
Certificate/License: Certification from an accredited school of Salon Technician/Cosmetologist required. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. All professional licenses are required to be current.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Be mobile in all Spa areas. Work is performed in areas, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or brightly illuminated or on slippery surfaces. May come into contact with solvents/oils, fumes/odors, and dirt/dust. Use of electrical devices and computer equipment. Constant contact with staff, guests/visitors.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position). Frequent standing, bending and reaching throughout shift. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs. Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting. Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
