Your Role:
- Assist the logistics team in fulfilling supply requests during high volume periods
- Schedule and track deliveries to job sites; resolve delays by coordinating with vendors and customers.
- Maintain logistics documentation and update inventory systems.
- Previous experience in Materials and/or Inventory Tracking is desirable.
- Analyze stock charge in/outs on material for validity to the product structure.
- Track needs that come into the logistics inbox to help ensure all operational needs are met
- Provide general administrative and warehouse support as necessary to the department
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
- Perform duties in a warehouse operations environment with some physical exertion; both inside and outside work in all weather conditions.
- This position requires occasional travel across the US.
Qualifications:
- Be detailed oriented
- Be organized and have good time management skills.
- Proficiency with Excel
- The ability to work in a team setting
