Our GenAI Center of Excellence is dedicated to advancing AI capabilities and ensuring their successful implementation across the organization. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced AI Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to design scalable, efficient, and innovative AI systems. The I Soultios Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful deployment and integration of AI technologies.

The Team

The AI Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to design scalable, efficient, and innovative AI systems. The architect collaborates with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful deployment and integration of AI technologies.

How you will contribute

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI systems.
• Design scalable and robust AI architectures, including data pipelines and model deployment strategies.
• Select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools for specific projects.
• Oversee the development and training of machine learning models.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI systems with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
• Validate and test AI solutions to meet business and industry standards.
• Monitor the performance of AI models and fine-tune them as necessary.
• Continuously assess and optimize AI systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and methodologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).

• 5-7 years of experience in software development, AI, or machine learning roles.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Expertise in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership and project management capabilities.

Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $160,000 - $195,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
