Prudential International Insurance (PII) continues to be one of Prudential's fastest growing and most profitable business groups. Responsible for supporting the planning, implementing and overseeing of marketing strategies for different sales channels as well as distribution partners across PII's Emerging Markets in Asia. Support the VP of Channel Marketing and the overall marketing and digital function with
Design of a Multi-channels marketing strategy Development of tactics and incentives Creation and management of marketing material and sales arguments assuring stakeholders results aligned with country's executional KPIs being the first point of Marketing / Digital contact (geographical point of view) and connect the right resources to support the countries (when outside the remit of Channel Marketing)

Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $113,400-153,400X + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.-
