The M&M'S Performance Marketing Manager drives traffic and sales for M&M'S US online businesses (mms.com) and digital commerce channels, identifying growth opportunities and leveraging data for strategic decisions.
This role manages a multi-million dollar paid media budget across online (search, social, display, affiliate, podcasts) and offline (PR/influencer, TV, radio, print, direct mail) channels, oversees Retail Media (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.), and maintains agency partnerships. The manager collaborates with internal teams (Brand, Creative, CRM, Finance, Merchandising) to execute integrated campaigns, regularly communicates performance trends to senior leadership, and highlights opportunities for ongoing improvement in the US digital market.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting:USD 100,134.00 - USD 137,677.00
