Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Assessments and IP Development (SMAID) is a strategic role within the HORNE REDi Healthcare Analytics Division. This working manager oversees the development and scale of the assessment process as a key offering to REDi clients.
The SMAID works closely with the following Senior Managers: Senior Manager of Healthcare Analytics, Senior Manager of Analytic Engineering & Growth, Senior Manager of Technology and Development, Senior Manager of Analytic Education and Partnerships and the Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations to understand market trends and develop innovative solutions. Additionally, the SMAID is responsible for identifying and driving growth opportunities based on understanding of client needs primarily driven off data derived from stewardship of the assessment process.
The SMAID will manage teams and resources within the division to support the REDi client assessments. This includes defining processes, standards and best practices to scale the assessment offering, capture data and learning from the process and partner with other REDi senior managers to bolster client success in leveraging their data for outcomes improvement. Additionally, the SMAID will lead efforts to attain revenue targets associated with the assessment process year-over-year.
The SMAID role is a highly influential, strategic position on a cross functional leadership team. The desired individual has experience as a collaborative leader working across multiple functional areas in healthcare, government, and the private sector. The SMAID will spend 60% of their time building out the assessment engine of the division and 40% of their time focused on co-developing a conceptual library of applications for REDi customers and prospects. This position requires up to 35% travel.
