The Opportunity
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Making phone calls
  • Taking and distributing messages
  • Handling inquiries and incoming work requests
  • Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information
  • Sorting, filing and maintaining alphabetical, numerical, and subject filing systems
  • Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Compiling records of office activities
  • Photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • Sending emails
  • Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
  • Typing documents and correspondence
  • Checking and entering data
  • Keeping office area neat and tidy

Required Experience and Competencies
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Fluency in Armenian is required
  • Proficient in use of email and internet required
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Organizational and planning
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Confidentiality

  • Vituity Family Medicine Center offers high quality care and serves as a training program site for Adventist Health Glendale Family Medicine Residency Program.
