Coordinator, Onboarding & Talent Acquisition
SCOPE OF ROLE
Reporting to the Supervisor, Onboarding, the Coordinator, Onboarding & Talent Acquisition coordinates pre-employment and onboarding processes for new employees. You will provide a high level of internal and external customer service to candidates, hiring managers and other HR team members. The Coordinator, Onboarding & Talent Acquisition acts as a subject matter expert for all activities related to onboarding demonstrating accountability for daily tasks.
