Full Cycle Recruiter (Human Resources)
Hybrid Schedule- Hybrid is defined as a flexible work model that supports a blend of in the physical office (1-2 days per week) and partially remote workplace.
As a Full Cycle Recruiter at HCAM, your influence will stretch beyond the typical – you'll be a key player in driving our mission to offer unparalleled healthcare access. The primary responsibilities of this position are:

This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on recruiting, and relationship-building skills. The Full Cycle Recruiter is instrumental in building a strong workforce that contributes to the company's success.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate varying recruitment activities and candidate availability. This may include working outside of standard office hours and occasional weekends, as required by recruitment events or candidate interviews.
