Medical Director, Urgent Care & Healthline (Finance)
Work Schedule :
This is a full time position with 40% Physician Leadership responsibility plus 40% - 60% clinical practice time in Urgent Care for a total of 80% - 100% FTE. Hours will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may vary and additional hours may be required to meet the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Medical Director, Urgent Care and Healthline to:
- Lead daily clinical operations of the UW Health Urgent Care Clinics and physician oversight of UW Health and Healthline in partnership with other department leaders in both areas.
- Provide leadership to their program/area(s) that results in the consistent and successful delivery of Remarkable Healthcare that is high quality, cost efficient, and delivered in a way that is highly satisfying for patients, providers, and staff.

Education : Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy
Work Experience :
- 3 years of progressively responsible experience as a practicing physician.
- Leadership experience related to programmatic, departmental, physician, or medical staff administration
Certifications : Board certified with active medical license.
