Auto Parts Customer Service Representative
If you know how to engage customers and keep them coming back, we want you to join us! As an Auto Parts Customer Service Representative, you're going to get to know our clients really well through direct phone orders as well as Internet orders and chat. You'll use this knowledge, together with a bright, positive attitude, and your wide range of customer management skills to support them, every day. You're going to be talking to customers. A lot. You'll sort out their issues and help them with placing orders. You'll get a great understanding of our products and pitch them to Wholesale clients and buyers. You'll bring out the benefit of our products and be comfortable presenting them to our customers. Automotive experience isn't necessary because we will train you! Earn up to 50k in a new state-of-the-art facility. Quirk offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, and paid sick and vacation time.
Full Time - Health, Dental, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide at no cost to you, Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost.
Part Time - eligible to participate in Quirks 401k plan after youve reached your waiting period.
