Global Sales and Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Global Sales and Marketing Strategy: Align sales and marketing strategies with business objectives to drive revenue growth and brand recognition across regions.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's global footprint.
• Sales and Marketing Team Leadership: Lead and mentor regional sales and marketing teams, ensuring consistent practices and performance.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
• Product Positioning: Collaborate with product teams to ensure effective product positioning and market penetration.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local sales and marketing regulations and practices across various jurisdictions.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales and marketing excellence.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead high-level negotiations and close major deals to achieve sales targets.
• Risk Management: Identify potential sales and marketing risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Global Sales and Marketing Director or similar leadership role, overseeing sales and marketing functions across multiple countries and regions.
• In-depth knowledge of global sales and marketing practices, market trends, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex international sales and marketing landscapes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior management and regional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
