Job Description
Position Summary and Responsibilities
Summary
Responsible for a variety of day-to-day HR functions including but not limited to benefitsadministration (Health & Welfare, 401k, stockpurchase plan,education assistance plan, etc..), workers' compensation administration, leaves of absence administration, recruitment, AAP administration, employee relations issues, training, records maintenance, employee recognition programs,performance management and other various projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities but may include providing technical leadership to lower level Administrators.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related position and 4-7 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of MS Outlook; MS Excel and MS Word Software.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Salary Range:
$74,800.00 - $124,960.00
