Lead Systems Engineer - Honeywell Forge & Dashboard

You will report directly to our Director Field Service Eng and work out of our Texas or Charlotte location on a remote work schedule.

In this role, you will drive the success of our engineering operations by ensuring system designs align with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices, while leading the integration of Honeywell Forge KPI dashboards, analytics solutions, and cloud-based data platforms to deliver actionable insights and improve operational efficiency.

• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership.

• Proven experience with data analytics platforms, KPI dashboards, and cloud-based solutions.

• Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.

• Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct/indirect reports.

• Background in leading complex project teams and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

• Hands-on experience with Honeywell Forge, Building Automation, or Energy Optimization.

• Knowledge of data pipelines, IoT integration, and cloud-native architectures.

• Familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning models, and KPI frameworks.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Lead the discovery, design, and specification of Honeywell Forge KPI dashboards and analytics solutions to monitor system performance and business outcomes.

• Support the development and implementation of cloud-based analytics platforms for real-time data processing, visualization, and predictive insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks aligned with customer and business objectives.

• Ensure successful execution of complex engineering projects, including data-driven system optimization initiatives.

• Implement and enforce security measures, compliance standards, and data governance practices to safeguard systems and analytics platforms.About Us
