Human Resources Generalist II (Finance)

Summary of Responsibility:

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist II to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact by supporting a broad range of HR functions and serving as a strategic partner to operational leaders across the organization.

You'll play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience and ensuring our HR practices align with both business goals and compliance requirements.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract, interview, and onboard top-tier talent.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support the performance management process by coaching leaders, facilitating goal-setting, and promoting ongoing feedback and development.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Play a hands-on role in HR initiatives, including policy updates, engagement programs, training, and organizational development projects.
  • Promote and uphold a workplace culture based on transparency, respect, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications & Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, related to Recruiting and Employee Relations.
    • Prior experience handling workplace investigations & conflict resolution.
    • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, cultural awareness, and ability to establish relationships within all levels of the organization.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, reporting, and analytical skills.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Resourceful, problem-solving proficiency and through knowledge of HR procedures and policies
    • SHRM, PHR or SPHR Certification or equivalent training and experience a plus.
    • Knowledge of Federal &State employment laws, regulations & standard processes including, ADA/ADEA/FMLA/FLSA/Title VII/EPA/Investigations and Harassment, OFCCP, AAP/EEO-1
    • Prior experience with HRIS systems. (KRONOS/UKG preferred but not required)
    • Exceptional customer service focus.
    • Ability to coach and counsel employees across all levels of the organization and the ability to establish positive relationships.

    Travel: This position requires the ability to travel as needed. (roughly 10% travel on an annual basis)

    Compensation: $68,000 - $80,000, plus bonus.
