Executive Assistant for US Chief Executive Officer (Finance)
The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the US Chief Executive Officer
Work directly with the US CEO to support all aspects of his daily work
Serve as a liaison between the US CEO and the bank. This includes receiving and screening phone calls and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and subtlety.
Keep the US CEO advised of time-sensitive issues ensuring appropriate follow up
Maintain the US CEO's calendar which includes scheduling meetings, booking international and domestic travel. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
