The Assessment Specialist will utilize the Work Experience for Adults(WEXA) and WEXA+ model to support clients in gaining exposure to the world of work. This position will assist individuals in determining preferences, documenting progress and/or additional supports needed with service teams to gain experience that can lead to permanent CIE(Competitive Integrated Employment). This position will identify and implement work experience services within community partners that complement the individual's initial interests and schedule preferences.
The Assessment Specialist will compile results into comprehensive reports and effectively communicate results and recommendations with individuals and their service teams.

External Hiring Range: $18.25 up to $18.98/hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule according to client needs
Travel Required: Yes
Required Degree(s): Must be in social services, human services, psychology, rehabilitation science, or a related field.
Required Experience: Experience working with adults with disabilities in employment settings required.
