Talent Acquisition Specialist, Temporary Position (End of Assignment Bonus) (Creative Design)
Position provides assistance and support to Human Resources as an essential member of the Talent Acquisition team. The Specialist is one of the first lines of communication to new hires before they start, inspiring them and getting them ready for orientation. Responsible for Organizing onboarding procedures and facilitating the new hire process in every aspect, to include: posting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offers. Communicates organization and job details to newly hired team members, conveys initial expectations, and gathers necessary paperwork, to include: processing pre-employment visits, making payroll changes, maintaining department files, answering team member inquiries, coordinating meetings/events and providing general administrative support.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or related field preferred or equivalent related experience.
