DOT -TS (Food Services)

The Delivery Order Taker (DOT) ensures all guests are provided with prompt and friendly service.  The DOT is responsible for taking the guest food and/or beverage telephone order, suggesting menu items, ringing in orders, verifying delivery information and processing payments. Other duties include assigning orders to delivery personnel, restocking delivery station and maintaining a clean work space.

• Must be 18
• Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive.
• Must possess great guest relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
