Commercial Major Account Executive - Remote (Biotech)
The Major Account Executive is responsible for selling telecommunications products and services to major accounts in the State of Pennsylvania. This includes developing and executing a sales strategy, managing existing accounts, and generating new business from major clients. The role requires at least 5 years of major account management experience. Major Areas of Responsibility: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize statewide fiber infrastructure for new business acquisition.Manage accounts to maintain current service revenue streams and generate new revenues.Handle all aspects of client relationships and the sales cycle, including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing support.Prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships. Primary Objectives: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.Promote overall company success through continuous improvement of sales, techniques, and relationships.Develop successful sales techniques and share with the team.Participate in an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. Specific Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, and referrals.Participate in Business Networking Groups.Stay informed about Zito's existing markets and customers.Identify and qualify potential clients through telephone and premise visits.Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.Communicate technology solutions to customers.Monitor competition and stay updated on industry trends.Submit orders, paperwork, and activity reports as required.Provide custom quotes as necessary.
