Financial Analyst (Finance)

Harris & Bruno International is seekinga detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst with a strong background in managerial accounting for manufacturing operations. This role will provide critical financial insights to support decision-making, cost control, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing manufacturing costs, inventory usage, and financial performance to drive continuous improvement across the business.

This individual will be expected to:
Performbalance sheetanalysis, focusing on inventory usage, inventory turns, and working capital efficiency.Conductcostanalysison manufacturing spend, including materials, labor, and overhead, to identify cost-saving opportunities. Analyze thecost structure of manufactured machineryto ensure accurate product costing and profitability assessment.Partner with operations and supply chain teams to monitor manufacturing performance and recommend cost reduction initiatives. Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and dashboards to communicatefinancialinsights to leadership. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes with a focus on manufacturing efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and GAAP standards.

Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and present complex data in a clear, actionable manner.Strong knowledge of cost accounting principlesand inventory management.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting,Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred). 3+ years of experience infinancialanalysisor managerial accounting, preferably in amanufacturing environment. Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
