Identity Data Solutions Managing Consultant (Administrative)
The Identity Data Solutions Managing Consultant position is a customer facing role geared to support revenue generation within key accounts. A successful candidate will have excellent communications skills and a thorough knowledge of the data and solutions being offered. This person must be proficient in sharing high-level product overviews as well as detailed data information at the business executive level or at the data scientist level for a prospective customer and adjusting depth and complexity as needed to facilitate the conversation.
Provide initial product details, player coach leadership, and consulting with prospects and customers to qualify opportunities and product delivery
Ability to manage and support growing revenue and team expansion- maybe set apart
Coordinate any testing efforts internally and with the customer
Securing appropriate internal approvals (data, legal, compliance, security, etc.)
Provide support to the pricing, finance, and sales teams to garner necessary support & approval
Continual feedback to product management on possible improvements, new product ideas, and customer requirements
Translate the use cases and requirements of the customer into both understandable deliverables for the sales rep and technical deliverables for supporting professional services
Travel expectations coinciding with local and national guidance on safety
10+ years of experience in client facing solutions, direct sales, and/or sales consulting
Experience selling or buying data and insights driven solutions highly preferred
Demonstrated success in selling across verticals (FI, Fraud, Auto, Insurance, Big Tech, etc.), customer types (large/established, small/start-up and everything in between) and channels (direct/indirect)
Bachelor's degree required
Proven success in driving revenue through consultative expertise
Experience with identity data, data licensing, fraud, authentication, and/or identity solutions
