In this role, you will impact the success of our sales team by designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training solutions. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements to ensure the sales team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training solutions
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
• Provide coaching and mentoring to sales managers and representatives to drive performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of sales training or related field
• Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
