Finance Intern (Project Management)

This is an opportunity to join a fast pace Sales Controlling Finance team. The Intern will be engaged with both general job responsibilities & project activity in a fast-paced environment, building knowledge of relationship management techniques while further developing the intern's analytical and communication skill set. The intern will gain exposure to real-time and real world scenarios in a finance environment, with the intent of developing the knowledge and experience necessary to transition into a full-time role with the company.

Qualification Requirements:
- Must be able to work part-time throughout the school year and full-time through summer
- Must be able to travel to our Grand Rapids, MI office location on occasion
- Must be enrolled in at least an undergraduate-level curriculum leading to a BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline and have completed at least 2 full years of undergraduate study prior to the start of their internship; and be in good academic standing within their undergraduate program
Knowledge and Experience:
Experience and skills can be varied. Applicants are ideally seeking career opportunities in Finance or Accounting. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position. The ideal candidate will be driven and possess problem-solving and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision is required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
