Role:
As the Director Software Engineering, Geospatial, you will join our Data & Digital team leading the design and execution of our geospatial capabilities that drive our business strategy and the investment of billions of dollars. You will bring a fresh and innovative approach to business challenges, as well as a robust toolkit of GIS skills. The GIS insights driven by your team will support our Network, Tower, Small Cell, and other line of businesses as they build out the connected world of the future.
This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to help shape the direction of Crown Castle's geospatial strategy including building a solid digital and data foundation for future growth.

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter. Travel up to 20% may be required.

For New York City, Colorado, California and Washington residents - The hiring range offered for this position is $166,160 - $220,000 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 35% of annual salary and restricted stock. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive 23 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
