Plant and Lawn Healthcare Technician (Pesticide Application) (Finance)
Implement our Regular & Organic Plant and Lawn Health Care program on high-end residential properties in lower Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.
Inspect landscape plantings and turf, diagnose insect, disease and cultural problems and apply treatments.
Evaluate new properties and suggest an IPM program.
Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing.
Job Requirements: The successful candidate should possess:
1-3 years of field experience and/or a background in organic property management.
Have or be able to obtain Connecticut pesticide applicators license within 30 days of employment.
Northeast Organic Farming Association (NOFA) certified or able to obtain within 6 months of employment.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to perform independently without direct supervision.
Driver's license.
