Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.
Work closely with residents and families in meeting their individualized needs.
Create community newsletters, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
Coach and develop associates as healthcare professionals.
Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
Transport residents via company car, van or bus to appointments, events, store, and other locations.
Collaborate with our Memory Support team in creating interactive activities.
