Salesforce Product Specialist (Information Technology)
Position Summary/Objective
VineBrook Homes is an internally managed real estate investment company, focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing and operating single-family homes as rental properties. An early investor and developer of the Single-Family Rental home (SFR) asset class, we commenced operations in late 2007. Our proven, yield-focused investment strategy targets a unique opportunity building a portfolio of workforce SFR assets in key secondary and tertiary markets. Our growing SFR REIT portfolio is currently comprised of approximately 21,000+ homes. VineBrook Homes is undergoing a major expansion of its strategy, expecting to drive toward 25,000+ homes.
The Vinebrook IT team aims to provide best in class and most efficient business systems environment to ensure the continued growth of our company. The Primary role of the Product Specialist is to support the development of new process, systems improvements, and training to make our business as efficient as possible. The Product Specialist will work within their assigned products to assist with the facilitation and enhancements of the business processes by working with advanced business process automation and business intelligence systems, providing solutions to ensure user adoption and development of custom applications that enrich the user and customer experience. A Product Specialist must be a highly motivated and organized individual with strong communication skills that will serve as a liaison between business departments, development and support team. You will establish a comprehensive understanding of business expectations, processes, and requirements and then assist with the management of a plan and training to meet the business goals. These processes can include leasing, retention, maintenance, collections, accounting, rehab and acquisitions.
This position will be based in Dayton, but with consideration given to remote candidates in our markets of operation.
