Job Description:
The Document Review Services Program Director is responsible for service delivery oversight of all document review projects for one or more clients. The Program Director is responsible for the development and growth of client relationships through effective project management, coordination, execution, quality, and acting as the direct escalation point of contact. In addition, the Program Director is responsible for mentoring, developing, and providing training opportunities for the team.
The Program Director will represent the mission, vision, and values of Epiq and will exhibit exemplary professional behavior across all spheres of the Epiq business. They will support the Document Review Services leadership in providing the appropriate level of consultation and expertise. The Program Director role demonstrates a blend of technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as empathy and compassion, creating a positive culture and work environment for their team, including as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
