Part Time Machine Operator 1st Shift (Finance)

Johnsonville, LLC Machine Operator Part Time Pay Range: $26.27/hr - $27.92/hr Hours: 5:30am - 11:00am, Monday - Friday (Average of 29 hours per week) Responsibilities:
- Rotate to all positions in the Stuffing area
- Operating / Setting up / Changing over a Poly-clip and Francomatic
- Lifting / hanging sticks weighing up to 40 lbs
- Pushing wagons of product
- Pushing racks of product
- Maintaining all paperwork related to the position.
Experience:
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong math background is required
- Must be able to communicate and demonstrate teamwork performance to maintain World Class Results
- Must be able to push/pull racks and wagons
- Must be able to complete production documentation paperwork accurately
- Ability to learn and then properly use SAP to help manage an accurate casing inventory and product flow
- Must be willing to cross-train at both stuffing and formulation.
- Must be able to obtain a fork-lift license
- Must be willing to learn basic computer skills such as Word, Excel, Access, SA.
- Ability to work at heights that are above ground level.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to become fluent with using the Redzone program and participate in Operator Driven Reliability.
- Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check
