Marketing Campaigns Manager II (Creative Design)



We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager II for the Brand and Member Relations Department.

The primary role of the Marketing Campaigns Manager is to translate the Brand & Member Relations Manager's vision for Credit Human products and services into actionable marketing tactics under one-year in length (9-12 months), execute traditional marketing tactics, work with your peers to measure results and execute interactive marketing tactics, maintain budgets, agency relationships, and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Highlights:

  • Recommend the channel/media best suited to achieve campaign objectives, including but not limited to traditional marketing (TV, radio, print, OOH, direct mail), digital media (online, email, social), public relations, sponsorships and events
  • Direct creative resources through effective briefs, statements of work, and context setting
  • Apply insights and expertise to define audience segments, prioritize activities, develop timelines, track budgets and identify success metrics
  • Oversee production to ensure quality, timing and cost objectives are achieved
  • Manage output production for department traditional media, public relations, community outreach, direct mail, collateral, sponsorships and events
  • Work with and monitor Marketing Insights team and third parties to execute digital marketing deliverables, including landing pages, interactive ads, emails

Experience:

    Required

  • 3-5 years marketing and advertising experience

    Preferred

  • Vendor and agency management experience preferred
  • Experience marketing financial services preferred

Education:

    Required

  • 4-year degree required

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Commitment to learning-based marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing operational processes
  • Knowledge of marketing design and campaign development and execution
  • Knowledge of marketing design & campaign deployment technology
  • Practices active listening, establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal customers
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Self-directed with the ability to work within deadlines
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Willingness to take on any tasks with flexibility and creativity
  • Ability to understand business issues
  • Practical familiarity with traditional and digital marketing tactics

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm 

Level of Work: 2C
