Scheduling Coordinator (Administrative)
The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for qualifying eligibility for solar and setting appointments between the energy consultants and customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze preliminary data to evaluate whether a home may qualify for solar incentives.
Coordinate sales appointments between customers and energy consultants.
Work to better understand and overcome customer objections.
Provide additional information to the customer as requested.
Provide professional and courteous communication with customers.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in sales or high-volume calls.
Exemplary communication skills and phone etiquette.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SalesForce.com experience is preferred.
Must be open to a flexible schedule.
