Sr Production Scheduling Supervisor (Finance)



In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain execution process within the HSS business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Execution function and manage the people and processes to achieve excellence in Production Scheduling, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.As a Sr Prod Scheduling Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee production scheduling operations, coordinate schedules, optimize resources, and address operational challenges to ensure timely, high-quality manufacturing. You will report directly to our Sr. Director, Materials Execution and you'll work out of our Freeport, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years' experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leading/driving change.
  • Experience working in a stamping and fabrication machining environment.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing.
  • APICS or CPIM Certification.
  • Ability to solve complex organizational problems.
  • Expertise across professional disciplines within the material management function.

  • Responsible for developing and executing the monthly Production Plan and support initiatives within the business to achieve on-time shipments to meet internal and external customer needs.
  • Drives efficiency across the supply chain through planning and forecasting material replenishment and a supply schedule that anticipates and adapts to variable demand requirements in support of the operating plan (SIOP).
  • Strategizes with the broader supply chain team on all opportunities to level-load the plan to drive improvements in service, quality, inventory, on-time shipment & delivery, order fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management, and growth.
  • Manage a group of with the input of operations to produce a firm biweekly and monthly production plan.
  • Measure schedule attainment to this plan, drive material and other shortages to achieve high attainment %.
  • Root cause and drive OTFP (On Time to First Promise) improvements for the site in the short term production outlook.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,600 - $107,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
