Office Manager (Finance)
Oversight of location staff and their functions for the location
Implementation and compliance with policies and procedures
Employment hiring, onboarding, orientation and human resources compliance
Coordination of various reports and analysis with operational, location and corporate personnel
Liaison to Location Managers and Corporate Management
Participate in development of best practices for administrative functions at all locations
Various other administrative duties that may be assigned
Customer and Sales interactions

Sitting frequently
Carrying / Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely
Standing / Walking / Climbing
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in related field preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft products.
Excellent communication skills
Good mathematical skills
Pro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a must
