Permit Review Team Coordinator (Finance)
Coordinate and oversee completion of permit plan review process between in-house personnel, review team subconsultants, Owner/design teams, and local code agencies
Set up an internal organization for each permit review project upon the Client's authorization to proceed
Distribute project documents effectively between GPI's review team, the Owner, and their design team
Compile and oversee the preparation of plan review comments in GPI's Excel spreadsheet forms
Monitor the status of each project to ensure the GPI team is meeting deadlines established with clients for each review phase
Interact with team members as needed to keep all members on task
Prepare various forms throughout the review stages for submission to pertinent code agency personnel
Maintain an updated log of all projects, recording project phases, and establish review project priorities within the GPI team
Maintain project organization of plans and documents throughout the entire review
Assist clients/applicants with questions related to the process and other code agency submission requirements
Send confirmation and notification emails to keep clients apprised of the status of each review project
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Sharepoint, Sharepoint Lists, OneDrive, Excel, and Teams
Maintain effective working relationships with GPI in-house reviewers, subconsultant review team members, project stakeholders, clients, Owners, and code agency personnel
Agility to handle quick turnaround and demanding schedules and clients
Must be highly organized, both in electronic files and time management
Flexibility to adjust priorities quickly based on client needs
