Content Specialist (Media)
This position is responsible for developing outstanding communications that educate PERA members, retirees and other stakeholders about PERA and its benefits. This position transforms benefit and investment information into simple and engaging content to educate PERA's 600,000 members and retires using digital and written communication with specific, measurable goals in mind and uses measurement tools to evaluate performance. Key to success will be strong writing and a proven ability to work collaboratively to develop integrated content strategies that support business objectives.
Our ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, editor and storyteller who is intellectually curious, forward-thinking, takes initiative, and is able to make complicated information compelling for a variety of audiences. The ability to work effectively independently in a deadline driven environment is a must.
