Endoscopy Technician, Inpatient Surgery - 100% FTE - University Hospital (11893) (Healthcare)

We are seeking Endoscopy Technician - Inpatient to:
Education:
Minimum – High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred – Formal training or experience in medical specialty (i.e. LPN, MA, Advanced Nursing Assistant (CNA). Completion of the SGNA Associates Program.
Work Experience:
Minimum – 1 year clinical setting experience.
Preferred – One (1) year experience assisting in GI or pulmonary medical procedures; basic cardiac monitoring experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – CPR certification
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts between 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 24x7 on-call required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
