Position Summary
The Architect System - CRM position has responsibility for generating specific solution architectures and designs to address business problems. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of the OSS and BSS domain with specific focus on Customer Relationship Management work flows and Network Design and Management, a thorough understanding of a broad range of telecommunications technologies, as well as good understanding of software development and system integration patterns.

Education
Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
Experience/Minimum Requirements
5 years: Understanding of the Telco OSS ecosystem and ideally knowledge of one or more of the following inventory systems – Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Netcracker, OSPInsight, etc.
5 years: Knowledge and understanding of information technology concepts and technologies, as in knowledge of computer systems hardware and software, entity relationship models, design, protocols, and methodologies
5 years: Extensive experience working directly with Telco, understanding requirements around OSS software and possess the ability to translate those requirements software solutions across the Blue Planet Portfolio or similar applications.
5 years: Expert domain knowledge in multiple telecom technologies (DWDM, Ethernet, IP, etc.)
5 years: Solution Architecture in the telco OSS and/or BSS areas
5 years: Designing and implementing software solutions that follow a customized off the shelf product pattern.
5 years: Deep understanding of Telecom Network design and architectures.
5 years: Deep understanding of Inventory Management, Discovery, Activation, Performance, Fault and Network Device.
5 years: Configuration processes from a functional and technical perspective.
5 years: Broad end to end view across OSS and BSS technologies and ecosystems including associated technologies such as service assurance/analytics, SDN/NFV and cloud infrastructure, service orchestration & OSS automation, mediation, billing & charging, IoT and service exposure.
5 years: Telecom Network Design and Architectures
5 years: Network Element Management System Architecture & Principles
5 years: Solution Architecture in the telco OSS and/or BSS areas

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
