Scoping Engineer (Finance)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; Other duties may be assigned:
Review and analyze multiple data sources.
Read and interpret Radio Frequency Data Sheets (RFDS), Construction Drawings (CDs), Redlined CDs, Structural Analysis (SA), Mount Analysis (MA), ERFs, RF components, RF cabling, and any other customer provided documentation deemed necessary.
Create an accurate and executable Scope of Work (SOW) for each project.
Create the Bill of Materials (BOM), that accompanies the SOW, considering site nuances such as RAD center, number of antennas, number of lines, number of sectors or specific characteristics of the site that require specific/special tasks or material to complete the job.
Quote the SOW and submit the quotes as required for starting the budget creation and material ordering process and will push the quote through to Project Controls.
Proficient using Microsoft Office and able to use Excel for V-lookups, SUMs, Macros, Trackers.
Working ability in PACE, NORAD, and Site Tracker is a requirement.
Working knowledge and understanding of AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile drivers and inter-relation to scoping.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The Scoping Engineer (SE) uses their wireless telecommunications experience, carrier construction and equipment standards, and industry knowledge to review and analyze multiple data sources. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED
Two years experience required in Wireless industry construction experience or 3 to 5 years experience in Wireless industry as a Construction, Project, or Estimating Manager.
