Grade Crew Laborer (Agriculture)
McIntosh Construction, LLC., an Arcosa Subsidiary, is searching for a Grade Crew Laborer for our Clarksville, TN plant. As a Grade Crew Laborer, you will perform your routine tasks as well as other duties as directed.
McIntosh Construction, LLC., an Arcosa Subsidiary, was founded in 1966 as a grading and utility contractor that evolved into an asphalt paving and curb/gutter for all types of commercial, municipal and DOT projects.
What you'll do:
- Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
- Assist the Grade crew in various tasks in placing base stone before asphalt operations.
- Laborer will clean curbs off with shovel, direct trucks, collect tickets and compact stone with plate compactor or vibratory roller.
What you'll need:
- Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
- The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required and lift weights up to 60 pounds
- The ability to work in a varied outdoor environment (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
